Instructions:
Use the images and descriptions to experience the state with the maximum possible intensity for you. Alternatively, recall instances from your past when you actually experienced a similar state, and rate the intensity of how much it arises in you now.
Rate each state on a scale from 0 to 10, where:
0 — does not resonate at all
5 — moderate response
10 — maximum intensity of experience
